Accommodation

You will have your own room and bathroom. There is a swimming pool, and a bicycle for your personal use. The house is two minutes from the beach and park.

Lessons

Your study time can be as intense as you want, and there is flexibility to negotiate the hours with the teacher.

The Teacher

A highly qualified (British Masters degree) and experienced English language teacher will adapt the lessons to suit your special needs and requirements.

Activities

There are many things to do in Port Douglas, and there are a lot of activities for you to choose from. The beach is just a short walk from your accommodation. The two excursions included in your program of study are:

• A day trip to the Great Barrier Reef
• A visit to the local wildlife Habitat (see koalas, crocodiles, and kangaroos)

These excursions are included in the fee – there are no additional costs

Other attractions in the area that you can do in your free time include:

• Rainforest safari (Daintree River, Silky Oaks Resort, Mossman Gorge)
• Shopping in Cairns
• Port Douglas Sunday markets
• Skyrail and Kuranda / Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park
• Golf / Whitewater rafting / Hot air ballooning / Jet skiing and Parasailing / Horseriding / Yoga

The Course

The course length is 1 week. You can start at any time, but advanced enrolment is essential.

• Option A: 20 hours private tuition + 2 activities: $2350 per week
• Option B: 25 hours private tuition + 2 activities: $2750 per week
• Enrolment fee: $150
